You receive the greatest value from your vision coverage when you choose to utilize in-network providers and facilities. Allegiant Care’s vision plans use the provider networks of either Davis Vision or Vision Service Plan (VSP).  If you are not sure which network your plan uses, you should contact us at 1-800-258-9732.

While Davis Vision and VSP update the on-line directories on a regular basis, it is strongly advised that you confirm that the eye doctor is still a participating provider, BEFORE scheduling your appointment or receiving services.
