You receive the greatest value from your medical coverage when you choose to utilize in-network providers and facilities. Allegiant Care’s medical plans use the provider networks of either Cigna Healthcare or Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you are not sure which network your plan uses, you should contact us at 1-800-258-9732.

While Cigna and Anthem update the on-line directory on a regular basis, it is strongly advised that you confirm that the physician or the facility is still a participating provider, BEFORE scheduling your appointment or receiving services.

Some plans may not include medical coverage through Allegiant Care. If you are a Medicare eligible retiree and you have elected the Medex 2 Medicare Supplement Plan, you may contact Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA at 1-800-262-2583 for more information regarding your plan.
