Attention Allegiant Care Members with Medical Coverage through Anthem:

The free Sydney Care mobile app is a quick and easy way to get health answers – without leaving home.

1. Download the Sydney Care mobile app from the App Store® or Google Play™.
2. Follow the instructions to create an account.
3. Answer questions about your symptoms using the free COVID-19 assessment.

If you need medical care after you assess your symptoms, the app will connect you to an Anthem doctor through a LiveHealth Online video session or Virtual Care text session. Note: if you do not have Anthem as your medical carrier, you will need to contact your Cigna health providers.
