Medical Equipment

All durable medical equipment (e.g., crutches, CPAP machines, hospital beds, walkers, etc.) must be obtained through Cigna’s partner, CareCentrix. The prescribing physician must order the equipment by calling Care Centrix directly at 1-888-999-2422 or 1-800-808-1902. Care Centrix will provide the name of a local supplier or arrange for shipment of the required medical equipment.

*Some plans do not include medical coverage through Allegiant Care. If you are a Medicare eligible retiree and you have elected the Medex 2 Medicare Supplement Plan, you may contact Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA at 1-800-262-2583 for more information regarding your plan.
