Allegiant Rx

The Allegiant Care’s prescription drug benefit program is administered through Allegiant Rx.  You receive the greatest value from your prescription coverage when you choose to utilize participating retail pharmacies. Most prescription plans offered by Allegiant Care have both a retail and mail order benefit.  The mail order pharmacy is provided by Optum Rx.

To confirm whether a particular retail pharmacy participates with Allegiant Rx, you may visit the Allegiant Rx website (you must create an account and login) or you may contact Allegiant Rx benefit department directly at 1-866-888-0103.  

Some plans may not include prescription coverage through Allegiant Care.

*If you are on Medicare, and you have the Allegiant Rx prescription supplement to Medicare, you must use the mail order pharmacy.
