New for 2023 – Dental & Vision Option for Retirees!
Effective January 1, 2023, retirees enrolled in one of Allegiant Care’s retiree plans will have the option to add dental and vision benefits to their existing benefits. Click the links below for more information.
If you want to add dental and vision coverage to your plan, you will be responsible for the cost of these optional benefits. The 2023 monthly cost for Dental & Vision coverage is $54.00 per person. These benefits are bundled together and cannot be elected separately.
An announcement letter with the election form was mailed the last week of October. If you choose to add the optional dental & vision benefits to your plan, your election must be received no later than November 22, 2022 and the election will be binding for the 2023 calendar year. You can mail the completed form to Allegiant Care, Retiree Department, P.O. Box 4604, Manchester, NH 03108 or email retirees@myallegiantcare.com.
