Out-of-Pocket Cost WAIVED for COVID-19 Testing

Effective immediately, Cigna and Anthem will be waiving member out-of-pocket expenses (copays, coinsurance and deductibles) for any COVID-19 diagnostic testing delivered in a doctor’s office, urgent care, ER or via telemedicine. Drive-thru testing, once available, would also be included. Note: Out-of-pocket expenses for office visits, urgent care appointments and ER appointments will only be waived if a COVID-19 test is performed.
